From the quotation through to completion I have been very impressed with the overall service. Speaking as an ex Heating Engineer it was clear to see that Jamie was highly skilled and took real pride in the work he was doing, making sure the end result looked great, rather than just going for the simplest way of installation, which was appreciated. He took real care of our property and ensured everything was protected and left just as he found it. I cannot rate them highly enough and would recommend to anyone.

Jamie attended on a Saturday having been on another job a day to help us out after we suddenly lost hot water and heating. He arrived and quickly got on with identifying where the issues might be. Despite having other technicians out, he found a number of likely causes and got them sorted out. Was friendly and knowledgable throughout, most importantly left with the issues resolved and water running hot. Really grateful for Jamie for coming out at the end of a day, and more than satisfied with the work performed.
